To schedule your spa session or hair appointment, please call 843-663-1307. Please note that a credit card is required for all bookings.
In order to maintain Melindas Med-Spa & Salon high standards of quality and services, prices or services are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any personal articles left behind or lost in the establishment. We look forward to servicing your spa and massage therapy needs throughout the greater North Myrtle Beach area in the very near future!
Parties of 3 or more will require a 50% deposit and 18% gratuity will be charged at time of service.
In order to help maintain the high standard of service, Melindas Med-Spa and Salon clients are accustomed to, the following spa policies have been put into place.
Spa Etiquette
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for specific holistic spa & massage therapy services and spa & makeup products, or can be created for a specific dollar amount, giving your recipient the freedom to choose the spa service(s) they desire. Gift certificates can be purchased by visiting our North Myrtle Beach location, by phone at: 843-663-1307, or by visiting our online store.Please schedule the redemption of a spa gift ahead of time; and be sure to bring your giftcertificate with you on your day of service. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Melinda’s Med Spa is dedicated to providing our clients with excellent service and your appointment is reserved just for you. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation. You receive a text and/or email reminder for upcoming appointments. These reminders give you the option to cancel or make any changes. Any cancellations or changes made after the 24-hour period will result in a non-refundable charge to the credit card on file. If you have a Gift Certificate on file the fee will be deducted from that gift certificate. No shows are charge the full fee of an appointment. Botox and Filler appointments will be charged a $50 broken appointment charge. Membership clients that do not cancel with proper notice will forfeit that month’s service. If you have a package or series, one will be deducted from the series/package. Massage, facial, hair and nail appointments will be charged the full fee for the service booked.
