- 12 month agreement.You can freeze two months of membership.
- Non-refundable and not subject to cancellation except for a residential move more than 40 miles away from Spa or medical condition.
- Payment by credit card EFT only. No checking accounts or cash payments. Driver’s license required.
- 24 hour appointment cancellation policy applies.
- Services are allocated monthly after billing and must be used within 4 weeks; otherwise, they expire.
