Has earned her Associates Degree from The New York College of Health Professionals in Massage Therapy and Holistic Health. She has been a Massage Therapist for 19 years and is Orthopedic and Medical Massage Certified. She is certified as a personal trainer and trained in Myofascial release, Lymphatic drainage, Neuromuscular release, cupping therapy, deep tissue, sports massage, and various other modalities. The combination of these skills are all used to create a tailored technique designed specifically for each individual client’s needs, to assist them on their path to wellness.
