Cancellation Policy
We want to give every client the time and attention they deserve for their service. When you schedule an appointment, that time is set aside specifically for you. We do send out text, email and phone reminders. When you get these, please make sure the date and time is what you requested. We certainly understand that sometimes circumstances arise, and you need to adjust your plans. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we request 24-hour notice. Group services require 48 hours’ notice.
Cancelling your appointment without proper notice will result in the following fee which will be given to your service provider who would be without pay for that time with no opportunity to rebook:
For a broken appointment with 24 hours or less notice the client will be charged either a $50 fee or 50% of the service reserved whichever is less. For a no show the client will be charged either a $75 fee or 100% of service whichever is less. If you have a package, you will lose one of your series.
A 15-minute grace period for late arrivals is allowed. After 15 minutes your service may be reduced, or you may have to reschedule so that the next client will have their full time.
Our booking and cancellation policies ensure that our staff can fill last-minute availability or waiting list clients are able to book an appointment.
All reservations require a credit card on file; however you are able to change method of payment upon check out.
